These Vegan Bloody Chocolate Cups are a delicious treat for Halloween. Fresh raspberries with dark chocolate is one of my favourite combinations.
With halloween only a few weeks away, it's time to start thinking about what treats you want to celebrate with.
This year, in particular, is going to be a difficult with only being allowed 6 people and not being able to go knocking door to door.
Don't panic though, because you can still give your family a great party and enjoy the day!
Homemade treats are always the best option for any kind of party. They will impress all your friends and family.
This is a great recipe to make with your children, it is a super easy recipe the requires minimal supervision. The kids will love seeing and making these!
This recipe makes 12 chocolate cups, perfect for sharing!
There are only 3 ingredients for this recipe and they look amazing! Perfect for any halloween event!
These are perfect because if they crack or break it just makes them look even more effective!

If you are looking for idea for trick or treating this year;
I've seen on facebook that in our town parents are taking their kids round the town and counting how many pumpkins they see; in windows, on door steps ect. For every pumpkin your kids count you give them that amount of sweets.
I know it's not the same but it's still an experience and I'm sure you and your children will still have fun.
I hope you love these as much as I do!

Bloody Chocolate Cups - Makes 12
Ingredients:
300g vegan dark chocolate - I use Moo Free but any plant based chocolate is good.
1 cup raspberries
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Method
Place cupcake cases into a baking tray.
Melt half the chocolate.
Pour about 1 tbsp of melted chocolate into each cupcake case and use a spoon to spread it around the cases to about half way up.
Place the tray into the freezer for about 15 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
Place the raspberries in a pan over medium heat and use a fork to gently mash them.
Stir in the vanilla.
Set the raspberry aside.
Melt the second half of the chocolate.
Take the hardened chocolate cups out of the freezer. Put about 1 tsp of raspberry into each cup. Put a tbsp of melted chocolate on top of the raspberry mix.
Place raspberry cups in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
Serve
Enjoy!
