Looking for a dip for a picnic, bbq or just your vegetable sticks? This Hummus 2 Ways gives you 2 perfect recipes perfect for however you feel!


These recieps make a perfect summer or colder day dip for you!


As always I strive to find recipes to make sure my recipes are great for children, this one is perfect for them!

My daughter loves both of these recipes, it's a great way to get her to eat healthy! Dipping vegetables is dip keeps things fun and exciting for your young children and i'm sure they would love to help you make the dips too!


On many occasions I have used aquafabba and had nothing to do with the chickpeas. My freezer is full of bags of chickpeas to put in my dinners. But now I can make some great hummus recipes to use some of the chickpeas!

Herby;


Ingredients


1 Tin Chickpeas - Drained

Handful Fresh Parsley

Handful Fresh Basil

Pinch of Fresh Tarragon

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Garlic Powder

4 tbsp Water


Method


* Blend all the ingredients together until almost smooth


Serve


Enjoy!



Smoky

Ingredients

1 Tin Chickpeas - Drained

1 tbsp Chilli Flakes

2 tsp Smoke Paprika

1 tbsp Lime Juice

3 tbsp Olive Oil


Method

* Blend all the ingredients together until almost smooth


Serve
