Vegan Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Writer's picture: Marisa's Vegan RecipesMarisa's Vegan Recipes

This vegan Apple Pie Overnight Oats recipe is full of delicious flavours, and is perfect for anyone who does not have time to make a good healthy recipe in the mornings. You can make this recipe the night before to save time in the morning.

Oats are a great source of fibre and will slowly release energy all morning.

Apples are rich in antioxidants and a good source of fibre, as well as being full of great healthy vitamins.

By adding a small drizzle of syrup you will add a natural sweetness to the dish. Natural syrup contains a range of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

I used maple syrup to drizzle over the top but if you would like to make this even healthier you can use agave nectar.
