As some of you may already know, I had a request to make some soya, sugar and gluten free vegan desserts.
This has been a really fun challenge for me, finding different ways to make sugar free desserts taste as yummy as ones with sugar!
Of course my taste testers were more than happy to help decide if I got it right!
These vegan apple slices tick all the boxes, they are vegan, soya, gluten and sugar free! You can't go wrong! They are so tasty and I would defiantly recommend trying it with my sugar free custard! https://marisasveganrecipes.wixsite.com/mysite/post/vegan-sugar-free-custard
Because of what's in these slices they would make a very healthy breakfast for you as well! They have dates, pecans, apples and oats which would make them just as good for you as a flapjack, and minus the golden syrup, so even better!
These slices are so quick to make, you could whip them up for breakfast or dessert last minute! And they are sure to impress!
