This recipe is super easy to make and makes a great breakfast or dessert.
The whole family will love these!
Why not try them with some bananas and golden syrup? Yum!
These pancakes are filling, healthy and can be made with no added sugar! Just change the golden syrup to organic honey! You can't go wrong!

Ingredients
1 Ripe Avocado
3 Cups Plain Flour
2 tbsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice - Fresh is always better
¼ Cup Golden Syrup - If you want these to be made with no added sugar, swap the golden syrup for organic honey!
2 Cups Milk - I use oat milk, but you can choose your favourite plantbased milk.
Handful Baby Spinach
Butter for greasing
Method
* Blend all the ingredients until smooth
* Heat a little butter in a frying pan.
* Scoop the mix into the pan and cook, on a medium heat, until golden brown
* Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve
