The banana taste mixes perfectly with the sweetness of the sugar and the cinnamon to make an almost healthy treat for you and your kids!
This recipe is a really easy one to make, with only a few ingredients, and doesn't take long to cook. You can even get your children to help!
The mix of banana pancakes and cinnamon rolls are the perfect combination!

Vegan Banana Pancake Cinnamon Rolls - Serves 2-4
Ingredients
Pancakes:
2 Ripe Bananas
100g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
150ml Vegan Milk - I use oat milk but you can use any plant based milk.
Filling:
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Caster Sugar
Method
In a mixing bowl mash the bananas until smooth. I do this with a fork.
Mix the flour and baking powder with the banana.
Stir in the milk.
Over medium heat, pour some of the pancake mix into a frying pan.
Flip the pancakes after 3-4 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
When pancakes are cooking, sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix over them.
Roll the pancakes up and cut them into slices about 1 inch long. If you want you could not cut them in half and enjoy them as a crepe, you will still get the tasty cinnamon flavour.
Stand the pancake rolls up together on a plate.
Top with syrup or vegan yoghurt. Check out our dessert sauce page here.
