Vegan Cauliflower Pops

Writer: Marisa's Vegan RecipesMarisa's Vegan Recipes

These Vegan Cauliflower Pops are a great, healthy party treat. They will go great on a buffet table, picnic or on the side of a salad. This recipe takes about 30-40 minutes to make, and makes a good plate full of cauliflower pops. They are great served with some sort of dip, like ketchup or brown sauce.

Cauliflower is a great alternative for meat; it is so versatile. It can easily be used to trick your kids into eating their veggies. Although this recipe uses only a few ingredients, it is so tasty and addictive.

This recipe is another really easy one. It only uses 4 ingredients, and is pretty quick to make. It definitely makes enough for the whole family. If you are cooking for a much bigger scale just double or triple the ingredients.

An alternative for this recipe is to roll the pops in bbq sauce and then either fry the pops or bake them in the oven until cooked.

Another alternative is to add either fresh or dried herbs to the mix to add some extra flavour.

I had these cauliflower pops on the side of a salad for lunch. This is a great way to eat them as it adds a little more sustenance to your salad without being too unhealthy with the dip.

This is a mostly healthy recipe, and it can be made much healthier. The oil is the only unhealthy part of this recipe. You can use lower calorie oil, or try baking the pops in the oven.

These are the perfect bite size pieces for buffets and sharing, but the size can easily be adjusted for your personal preference. Try flattening them into small pattie shapes, or making larger balls to make them into more of a leading piece of your meal.
