The Vegan Chai and Chocolate Oat Biscuits are a delicious and healthy breakfast.
This recipe makes 5-6 biscuits, and will last for a couple of days.
The chocolate adds a delicious treat in your healthy breakfast, this is great when you have been healthy all week and want to give yourself a little treat.
The banana and oats are great for filling you with lasting energy for the whole morning. They both have a lot of goodness in them so are a great way to start your day.
These biscuits also make a great snack all day. They aren’t too big so if you are just a little peckish, one of these will hit the spot nicely. Alternatively, if you want to fill yourself up for the morning, have as many biscuits as you need.
Bananas;
Bananas contain important nutrients that help moderate blood sugar levels.
They may help aid in weight loss and may help support heart health.
They are full of fiber and important antioxidants.

Fiber: 1.88g
Protein: 2.46g
Calcium: 10.16mg
Iron: 0.83mg
You can add protein powder to these as well.

Chai & Chocolate Chip Oat Biscuits - Makes 5-6
Ingredients
1 Banana
1-2 tbsp Vegan Chai Powder - We use Drink Me Chai
1 Cup Oats
1-2 tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Stir in the chai powder.
Stir in the oats.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
On a lined baking tray spoon the mix into 5 or 6 small circles.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let the biscuits cool a little before eating them.
Serve
