These vegan chocolate biscuits are so quick and easy to make, and they make a great treat for your little ones.
You can make roughly 20 biscuits.
They are great things to make with your little ones! And why not let them decorate them! They'll have so much fun!
Ingredients
150g butter I use Pure, it's the best vegan butter i've found so far
200g Gluten free plain flour
100g caster sugar
75g cocoa powder
Method
Preheat your oven to 200C
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until it forms a dough. Make sure you sift the flour and cocoa powder to make them lighter and it makes it a smoother, easier mixture.
Lightly flour a work surface, and roll out the dough to about 1mm thickness. You want to start your dough in a ball, it will be easier to roll it out equally.
Using a small round fluted cutter, cut out the biscuits from the dough. The size is entirely up to you, if you want bigger biscuits use a bigger cutter. Just remember you will get less than what I managed to make.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet, and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
