Are you looking for the perfect thing to accompany your dinner or to make a sandwhich in? These vegan dinner rolls are easy to make and super tasty!
This recipe makes 6-9 depending on the size you would like to make them.
You can shape these rolls how you would like; you can make them large, round, square, a little flatter. Whatever you like!
These rolls are perfect for dipping in soup, making a sandwhich, having it on the side of your dinners. You can't go wrong with this.
This recipe is super easy to follow and has great results! I enjoyed mine with a vegan burger; I was looking for something quick and easy to make for dinner and I loved the sound of a burger.
The longest part of making these rolls is waiting for the dough to rise, but, it's so worth the wait!

I hope you love these as much as I do!

Dinner Rolls - Makes 6-9
Ingredients
3 ½ Cups Bread Flour You can use plain flour if you don't have bread flour.
1 Cup Warm Water
2-3 tbsp + more for greasing Olive Oil
2 tbsp Caster Sugar
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 ¼ tsp Dried Active Yeast
1 tbsp Butter I used Flora
Method
In a small bowl mix the water, yeast and sugar. Set aside for 5-10 minutes or until you get bubbles. The bubbles let you know that the yeast has been activated. If you don't get bubbles you should start again.
Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl.
Add the oil, salt, butter and yeast mix.
Mix to combine and then knead for 8-10 minutes or until you have a soft pliable dough.
Grease a clean bowl, with a little olive oil, and place the dough inside. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and place in a warm place for 60-90 minutes or until doubled in size.
Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes
Shape into a bun shape, you can make them any shape and size you would like.
Grease a baking tray and place the dough inside, about 1” apart. Cover, loosely with cling film for 30-60 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven 180 C
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when you tap the bottom. You can brush a little oil over the bread rolls to help them brown, giving you lovely, crispy bread rolls.
Serve
Enjoy!
