These vegan double chocolate cookies are crunchy on the outside and soft inside. They are so delicious!

These cookies are so easy to make and your children will really enjoy helping make these with you!

Ingredients

½ cup Butter I use Pure

1 cup Caster Sugar

Vanilla Essence It's up to you how much you use, we like more than others might.

1 cup Plain Flour

⅔ cup Cocoa powder

1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

1 tbsp Milk

½ cup Chocolate chips We use Moo Free

Method

* Preheat the oven to 180C

* Add the butter and sugar to a small bowl, and cream together before adding the vanilla essence.

* In a separate bowl sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa powder.

* Mix the cocoa mix into the butter mix.

* Add the milk and chocolate chips to the large bowl, and mix until combined.

* Roll the dough into small balls and space evenly on a baking sheet. The balls will expand while they cook and become cookie shapes. Make sure you space them evenly so they don't join in the oven.

* Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve

Enjoy!
