Some of you who have been on a follower of this blog for a while, might remember this recipe from several months ago.
I won a cooking competition with this recipe, I had the only vegan cake, which makes me even prouder of my win!
I've had this recipe for a while now, no idea where I got it from. It could have been passed down from family members or I could have found it online years ago. It's one that I have used several times.
Originally this recipe was a Christmas fruit cake, so of course it seems fitting to share it again now.
The recipe is easy to follow, it has quite a few ingredients but it's so easy to make!
It's so impressive!
My Grandmother, who absolutely loves fruit cake, tested this one for me before the competition. I wanted to make sure it was good enough to win, she loved it! She completely approves of this recipe, which is high praise!
