As some of you may know, I went to a Vegan Fair a few weeks ago, where I purchased a few of MooFree's new chocolates. So I've been searching for the perfect things to create with these.
These vegan hazelnut truffles were the perfect thing to make with MooFree's hazelnut chocolate. It's light, rich and so tasty!
This recipe is so easy to make, with only a few ingredients, it can't be any better!
Everyone who tried these hazelnut truffles loved them, but my 1 year old daughter loves them more than anyone else!

Ingredients
80g MooFree Hazelnut Chocolate
90ml Coconut Milk
1tsp Vanilla Essence
½ Cup Hazelnuts
Method
* Melt the chocolate and coconut milk together, over a boiling pan.
* Stir in the vanilla.
* Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or longer.
* Place the hazelnuts in a food processor to create small pieces
* Roll your truffles out with a melon baller and roll in the hazelnuts to coat the whole of the outside. This part could get a little messy, the truffles may still be a little soft and your fingers will soften it even more.
* Serve straight away (a little soft)
* Or Place back in the fridge for another 2-3 hours to harden more.
