Vegan Hazelnut Truffles

Who doesn't like truffles? These vegan hazelnut truffles are the perfect gift to give your valentine! They are so easy to make and so impressive!

You could easily find a lovely little heart shaped box to put these in, no one will know they aren't store bought.

I first made these a while ago, I had been to a vegan fair which had a Moo Free Chocolates stall. I saw the hazlenut chocolate and of course I had to find something to make with them.

My family are all completely in love with truffles, these are no exception. So are rich, soft and sickly! What more could you ask for!

These hazelnut truffles only require 4 ingredients. They are super quick to make, the longest part about this recipe is letting them set in the fridge, I know from experience that waiting once they go in the fridge is so difficult but I promise they are worth the wait!

Why give your valentine store bought chocolates when you can make these? Now there are no excuses!

These are also a great one for making with kids, if you are looking for something to give from your kids to their parent, this is the one!

Everyone who tried these truffles has loved them, espeically my daughter! She absolutley loved them and couldn't get enough!

You could of course change the chocolate you use in this recipe, but you would loose some of the added hazelnut flavouring.

These would taste great with some dark chocolate.

I hope you and your valentine like these as much as we do!
