Vegan custard is the perfect thing to top your cakes with! And the fact that it's sugar free is even better!
You can almost tell yourself it's healthy!
My husband loves custard so of course I was a little sceptical having him taste this one but he loved it! He thought it was perfect!
You can eat it hot or cold so you really can't go wrong with it!
It's so quick and easy to make! You could whip this up in about 5 minutes and it is sure to impress!

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Milk I use oat milk but which milk is completely up to you.
3 tsp Cornflour (Gluten free)
1 tsp Agave Nectar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Method
* In a small pan sift the cornflour and mix with the milk.
* Bring to a boil on a medium heat. Stirring constantly. It can very quickly burn so you can't leave it for even a second!
* Reduce the heat and add the agave nectar.
* Stir constantly until it has thickened.
* Add the Vanilla Essence.
* Remove from heat.
Serve hot or cold.
Enjoy!
