Who doesn't love mousse! This is a great recipe for children, it's tastes like junk food but with no added sugar. You can almost call this vegan sugar free mango mousse healthy.
My daughter loves mousse and it's a great dessert!
This mousse is so quick and easy to make, the longest part of it is when it sets in the fridge! You could whip it up in the morning and have it ready for dessert in the evening!
I haven't tried it, but, I imagine you could change the fruit from mangoes to any other fruit that you would like.

Ingredients
3 Ripe Mangoes
1 ½ Cup Coconut Cream
3 tbsp Agave Nectar
Method
* Peel and dice the mangoes
* Mash to make a puree
* Add the cream and whisk until creamy
* Mix in the agave nectar
* Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until set.
Serve
