Ingredients:
4-6 Medium Chillies (roughly chopped)
2 Shallots (roughly chopped)
5cm-2inches Fresh Ginger (grated)
2 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Fresh Coriander
2 stalks Lemongrass
1 Lime (zest and Juice)
5 Kaffir Lime leaves (torn up)
1 tbsp Coriander seeds (crushed)
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Black Peppercorns (crushed)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend to a paste.
Serve
