Vegan Guacamole

Guacamole is an avocado based dip first developed in Mexico. It is now a well used dip around the world. We love to enjoy our guacamole as a dip for our crisps. I originally made this vegan guacamole to go with a taco pasta that I made, the recipe for this will be up in a few days.

This is a great recipe if you have avacados that need using up!

I really enjoyed this vegan guacamole, if you like avocados you will too!

It's super easy to make and only takes a few minutes. The longest part about making this recipe it preparing the ingredients. It takes less than 10 minutes to make this, you just need to blend all the ingredients together.

I like to leave some lumps in my guacamole but you can blitz the mix until it is completely smooth.

Fresh lime juice is the best for this but you can use any lime juice that you have.

If you would like to add a kick to your guacamole, add a few chilli flakes, mix them in and then taste it before adding too many.

There is so much you can with guacamole; Tacos, nachos, they make the perfect dip for crisps, and so much more!

Don't forget to make sure the avacados are soft and ready, if you use them before they are ready you wont be able to take the skin off let alone use it.

I hope you love this as much as I do!
